One module at a time, in production

We build a module, put it in front of your team, and only then scope the next. Nothing is designed in a document for six months.

Built for the desk, not the site

Terra is for the owner, the accounts head, the sales team and the project manager. It is deliberately not a field attendance or site-photo app.

Nothing enters the product on one firm's say-so

A capability becomes part of Terra when more than one unrelated firm needs it. Everything else is built for you, for a fixed price, and stays yours to use.

We say the awkward things first

Code ownership, what is not included, and what a module will not do — before you sign, not in month four.

Ownership

Your data is yours. The code is ours.

You pay for working software that we run and support, built to your process — not for the source code. Your data is always yours and exportable at any time.

We will build similar things for other developers, and the code stays with us. That is what lets us keep improving it and fix things quickly for everyone. If you would rather own it outright we can do that, at roughly three times the price, because we can then only sell it once.
