Modules that share one record of the business.
A development is defined once in Projects. Inventory draws it, Sales sells from it and Approvals clears it — all reading the same units, the same towers and the same prices.
Projects
The record of what you are building.
Projects is where a development is defined once and every other module reads from it. Towers, floor plates, unit attributes, statutory paperwork, brochures and approved plans all hang off a single record — set up through a four-step wizard instead of typed in four hundred times.
Inventory
What is available, right now, floor by floor.
Inventory draws the building the way your sales team already thinks about it — a stack, floor by floor, colour-coded by available, held, booked and sold. Each unit carries how many buyers are circling it and how many have a price on the table, so a rep in the lounge knows which flats to push today.
Approvals
Every statutory application, and whose desk it is on.
Approvals tracks every statutory application a development needs — RERA, the planning authority, the corporation — through a status lifecycle that only moves via a recorded transition. Each one carries its checklist, its documents, its expiry and the name of the person it is currently sitting with.
Sales
Every enquiry, in one pipeline, fairly shared.
Sales captures enquiries from property portals, your website, phone calls and walk-ins through a single intake, distributes them across the telecalling and closing teams on a rota, and follows each buyer from first call through site visit, hold, token and booking.
One definition, read by every module.
The four-step project wizard produces the unit master. Nothing downstream re-enters it.
Modules are granted, not assumed.
A firm licenses the modules it needs. Within a firm, each person is granted access per module and per role — so the system is small for the people who only do one job in it.
| Role | Sees |
|---|---|
| Promoter / owner | What is sold, what is on hold, and which approvals are pending, across every project. |
| Sales manager | The pipeline, the rota, team performance, and every offer awaiting a decision. |
| Telecaller / closing | Only their own leads, their calls due today, and live inventory. |
| Liaison | The approvals board — what is pending, what it needs, whose desk it is on. |
See it against your own project.
A walkthrough runs on your data — one real approval, one live tower, last week’s enquiries. Forty minutes, no slides.
